Taurus TTX9C 9mm Titanium Suppressor
Taurus TTX9C 9mm Titanium Suppressor
Quiet your 9mm carbine or pistol-caliber platform with the Taurus TTX9C, a direct-thread titanium suppressor built for PDWs, pistol-caliber carbines, and other fixed-barrel platforms, including the Taurus RPC. It is only 7 inches long and about 12 ounces, so it keeps a carbine balanced and quick to handle. It is also rated for 9mm, .380 ACP, .32 ACP, and .22 LR, so one suppressor covers several of your smaller-caliber guns.
The TTX9C is 3D-printed from sintered titanium in a monocore design. Additive manufacturing lets Taurus build internal gas-flow geometry that traditional machining can't produce, and the result is a suppressor with an outstanding strength-to-weight ratio. Taurus designed it as a complete system. It manages gas flow, reduces recoil impulse, controls back pressure, and keeps point of impact consistent, and Taurus lists sound reduction of up to 30 dB. A high-temperature Cerakote C-Series finish covers the body, and Taurus says it is full-auto rated.
It is a flow-through design that mounts directly to a 1/2x28 threaded barrel, and it is 1.5 inches in diameter. Direct-thread mounting keeps it simple, and the monocore construction makes maintenance easy. It is built for fixed-barrel firearms, so it is a good match for carbines like the Taurus RPC and other threaded pistol-caliber carbines.
It is a good fit for range days, training, home defense, and plinking with a 9mm carbine. Suppressors can be transferred with a standard firearm background approval (Form 4473).
