ProMag DRMA127 Taurus TX 50rd Drum .22LR Magazine - Black

ProMag DRMA127 Taurus TX 50rd Drum .22LR Magazine - Black

Spend more time shooting and less time reloading with the ProMag Taurus TX22 50-round drum magazine. It is built for the Taurus TX22 .22 LR pistol, with a black impact-resistant polymer body that holds more than three times the capacity of a standard 16-round factory magazine. It is a fun, high-capacity upgrade for plinking, range days, and steel targets.

The drum is designed around the TX22's geometry, so it seats with a precise lockup and feeds smoothly. It fits standard TX22 pistols and TX22 Competition models that use the standard full-size grip frame. It is not made for the TX22 Compact. The polymer construction keeps the weight down so the pistol stays comfortable to shoot.

For the most reliable feeding, ProMag recommends plated .22 LR ammunition. Plain lead rounds can leave soft lead residue that gums up the tight channels inside a drum, while copper- or brass-plated bullets reduce drag and keep the mechanism running cleanly. Seat each round flush against the rear of the drum spine as you load to prevent rim-overlap failures, and a speed loader makes filling it much faster.

Magazine capacity restrictions apply in some states, so check your local laws before you order. Stop by the store with questions, and our staff can help you match the right magazine to your TX22.
