Boss Buck winches are engineered and built tough to be used in a variety of applications. All gears are heat-treated high carbon SAE 1050 steel. Reel and pinion gear shafts turn on oil-impregnated bearings for smooth operation. Winch frames are embossed for added strength. Zinc plating fights against corrosion. Keep your feeder from sinking in the mud with Boss Buck's metal foot pads. Boss Buck's foot pads are heavy duty 6" square, 1/8" thick steel plates. Complete with a 3/4" stake hole. The stake hole goes to the outside of the feeder and accepts up to 1/2" rebar stakes.
The Boss Buck Non-Typical foot design is completely unique! The feet are designed to accept a T-Post through the center of the foot. The feet are large square steel plates. Each foot has a large nut welded to it and a bolt that when tightened secures the feeder to the T-Post. This will not only protect the feeder but keep it level and immobile. Feet will receive any pipe or tubing with an I.D. of 1.25" or larger. The Square tubing on the Deluxe feet is 7/8" square tubing.
Solidly constructed steel spout delivers the feed material to the slinger. Super easy to install. Includes mounting screws. Simply cut a hole in the bottom of any drum. Center spout over the hole and attach screws. GREAT replacement for plastic parts on other manufacturers feeders! Length of the downspout is 2 1/4". Width of mouth is 2 3/8".
