Unfortunately, problems do arise even with the best of product lines. If something does go wrong & you purchased your item directly from Native Outdoors, rest assured - you are covered! In order to offer you the fastest warranty service possible, our manufacturers have asked that they be in direct contact with you to get your problem resolved.   If they do not handle your warranty claim in a timely manner and you have purchased the item directly from Native Outdoors, please let us know and we will be happy to contact the manufacturer, on your behalf, to help get the problem resolved. If you are not completely satisfied with your order when it arrives, return the item within 30 days of the date of purchase in good working condition ready for the shelf & we will refund your money (shipping not included - outbound or inbound). Customers who return items after the 30-days will be issued a store credit. Returns on purchases older than 60 days will not be accepted.

Simply email our customer service department at returns@nativeoutdoors.com and request a Return Authorization Code. Please be sure to include the invoice number & a reason for the return. Once you have received a RA#, mark the number on the outside of the box and ship the return UPS or US Postal Service parcel post. For your protection, please insure the package for its full value. The returns department requests that we allow 2-3 weeks turn around time for the issuance 
of credit or for the shipping of an exchange.

In-stock merchandise will normally arrive in 1-6 business days after the order is received. Orders are shipped via UPS and usually ship out same day if the order is received by noon (CST) Monday through Friday read more.
