Native Outdoors - What to Expect

You may have never purchased a bow online, or anything else for that matter.  
This page is designed to inform you of what you can expect when purchasing a bow online from Native Outdoors.

1. The Order - When you place your order, you will choose some standard options like Draw Weight and Camo color.  There are other options to custom fit your bow, and the best way for us to get this information, is to call you.  

2. The Phone Call - Sometimes talking to a customer is the best way to conduct business. Please make sure you provide a telephone number where you can be reached during the day. We can get the exact information we need to custom tailor your new bow.

3. Custom Work - Setting up your bow is usually done within 24 hours of the phone call, so we can expedite your order.  If you have special requests, or would like to add anything to your bow, we would be happy to do this for you.

4. The Shipment - All bows are shipped via UPS, and arrive a few days after ordering.  If you ordered a bow package, it will be ready to shoot right out of the box.

5. Customer Satisfaction - We will work with you after the sale to ensure you are completely satisfied with your bow.  We stand behind the products we sell.
