Standard Return Policy

Purchases  are covered by our 100% satisfaction guarantee policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your order when it arrives, return the item within 30 days of the date of purchase in good working condition ready for the shelf & we will refund your money (shipping not included - outbound or inbound). Customers who return items after the 30-days will be issued a store credit. Returns on purchases older than 60 days will not be accepted. Refunds for any returned items sold with FREE SHIPPING will be less the shipping cost to and from the customer. Special orders, clearance items or items that have been modified (i.e. arrows cut) cannot be returned.

Clearance Items are not eligible for return.  All sales final on Clearance items.

All returns MUST include original packaging and all components.  
A 15% restocking fee will be charged for any returned items that do not include original packaging.  
A 25% restocking fee will be assessed for any items that do not include all pieces or components 
or have scratches, dents or signs of heavy use.

Please Note: Due to federal laws regarding liability we cannot allow tree stands, compound bows, crossbows,
 altered products (like arrows), airguns, guns, opened foods, mouth blown game calls, Firearms or ammunition to be returned.

Simply email our customer service department at returns@nativeoutdoors.com and request a Return Authorization Code. Please be sure to include the invoice number & a reason for the return. Once you have received a RA#, mark the number on the outside of the box and ship the return UPS or US Postal Service parcel post. For your protection, we recommend that you insure the package for its full value. COD's are not accepted. Send Returns and Exchanges to:
